2. We will always put ourselves into customers’ position and make sure not to cause our customers any inconvenience.
3. We will listen carefully the voice of customers and better our business management based on customers’ voices.
4. We will promptly respond to and correct complaints from customers
We will set the standard for service provision in order to achieve the goals above and will carry out our promise.
Summary
The purpose of Kimdaejung Convention Center is to increase the convenience and welfare of citizens and revitalize the regional economy through the establishment of marketing foundation as well as efficient and practical management practice in order to make the center the venue for exchange of regional/international goods, technology, information, and culture.
The Customer Service Declaration is a code of conduct that was made in line with the national policy of increasing national competitiveness through the public sector reform. The declaration contains the standard of customer service and action plan.
All members of executives and staff of Kimdaejung Convention Center will do our best to provide our customers with the best services possible by keeping in mind the declaration.

Domestic and international individuals and corporations who use our services when there are exhibitions, expositions, conferences, or seminars in our center for the purpose of achieving the goal of the center
Agencies and corporations who receive our services relating to the major business performance of Kimdaejung Convention Center and who are in partnership with the center

Our Attitude toward Customers
<Telephone>
We will take the call before the telephone bell rings for the fourth time, and will hang up after our customers hang up.
We will clearly say the division we belong to and our name when taking the call.
The staff who received your call will answer you next time as well if possible. However, when circumstances do not allow, the staff who received your first call will tell other staff members your concern in advance so that you would not say the same thing to other staff.
We will try to answer your questions immediately. However, when circumstances do not allow, we will answer you by phone or e-mail within 24 hours.
<Personal Visit>
When you visit our center, we will clearly say our name and position. And we will do our best to help you in a friendly and respectable manner.
We will not let you wait for us for more than 5 minutes. When the staff member you would like to meet is not available for now, we will tell you the reason and let another staff member will help you.
<On-line visit>
We will constantly update new information in detail on our website for the convenience of our customers.
If you click “Customer service” on our website and leave your concern or questions, we will answer you in 24 hours. Even if it takes longer to get the answer, we will respond you in 48 hours.
<Document (through letter or fax) >
When you have sent document to our center, we will deliver it to the division concerned in a rapid, fair, and precise way.
The document we have sent us will be addressed in 48 hours. If it takes longer that 48 hours, we will notify you the reason, procedure, and estimated period necessary.
The name of staff member who managed your document will be informed to you, so that you can easily get answers to further questions.

¡á Cultural Event Service
We will do our best to actively support the development of cultural industry of Honam Region by giving opportunities for the regional cultural events.
We will contribute to the revitalization of regional economy by developing and supporting various cultural events about Honam Region.
¡á Facilities, Machinery, and Appliances Rental Service
The exhibition and convention facilities, appliances, and equipments are not provided free of charge.
After your application, we will inform you the amount you need to pay through consultation.
¡á Tour Service
If you want to take a tour of our center, please make reservation for your visit by visiting our website, then we will inform you possible dates.
¡á Complaint Management Service
If you want to get necessary certificate or letter of confirmation issued, please apply for the issuance by preparing documents necessary to submit according to the related provisions of Kimdaejung Convention Center. And then you will be able to get the certificate or letter of confirmation in a prescribed period.
In the case of construction fee, service fee, or purchase fee, please apply for the payment to the division concerned, and we will pay you in a prescribed period.
Evaluation on Service
We will constantly make efforts to raise our standard of service by monitoring our service performance at all times.
Also, we will listen to the need and complaints of our customers and conduct customer satisfaction research on a regular basis, and reflect them in our business decisions.
The result of customer satisfaction research will be notified on our website and we will make every effort to provide our customers with better service.
